Based on data from the Depok City Health Office, in February the adolescent age group had a lower vaccination coverage than other age groups. This study aims to determine the general description of the factors that influence the participation of adolescents participating in the COVID-19 vaccination program at SMPN 27 Depok from March-June 2022. This study used cross-sectional, data collection techniques saturated sampling with a sample size of 147 respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used chi-square(α = 0.05). The results that factors related to adolescent participation in the COVID-19 vaccination program, including age(p-value = 0.049), knowledge(p-value = 0.002), attitude(p-value = 0.024), family support(p-value = 0.004 ) and peer support(p-value = 0.008).
