Summary: | The Jakarta Smart Plus Card (KJP Plus) website is a website used by KJP Plus and KJMU scholarship recipients and the general public to get information about scholarships. However, as long as it is published, there are still obstacles in terms of usability, namely not implementing an easy-to-use interface and the active display of the website which is still difficult to determine the size of the device, in terms of information quality, namely the information content on the website is not up to date, and in terms of the quality of service interaction, namely the absence of features. the chat bot is active and the website is down when accessed at the same time. In this study, the KJP Plus website was measured using WebQual 4.0 dimensions, namely usability (usability), information quality (quality of information), and service interaction quality (quality of service interaction) and Importance Performance Analysis to obtain recommendations for future improvements to the KJP Plus website. The results show that the best value in terms of usability is that it is easy to find web pages and the worst value is that the website looks less attractive. The best value in terms of quality of information is reliable information and the worst value is information that is not up to date. The best value in terms of service interaction quality is a good experience, having a sense of security and comfort in using the website, and the worst value is that the website does not attract attention. Then the results of the Importance Performance Analysis show 5 (five) indicators in quadrant II and 10 (ten) indicators in quadrant III. |
