Summary:Hemodyalisis is s therapy as a substitute for kidney function for patients with chronic kidney failure, althought it does not completely replace it, hemodyalisis therapy is able to help stabilize electrolytes in the body, remove metabolic wastes and regulated blood presure. Intradialytic hypertension is an increase in blood presure during or since the beginning of the dialysis process which is characterized by an increase in TDS > 10 mmHg starting from before the dialysis process ends in a period of 4-6 consecutive hemodialysis therapy. To overcome the increase in intradialysis blood pressure, the patient was given Slow Stroke Back Massage therapy with a duration of 10-15 minutes. The results of monitoring blood pressure after being given therapy in the first hour were 170/100 mmHg, at the second hour 140/90 mmHg and the third hour 130/90 mmHg. Slow Stroke Back Massage therapy is beneficial for the body to help release the neurotransmitter acetylchloline which can increase the parasympathetic system and decrease the activity of the sympathetic system which affects the occurrence of vasodilatation and decreased heart muscle contractility and has an impact on decreasing heart rate, cardiac output to a decrease in blood ressure
