Summary: | Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) is an infectious condition caused by microorganisms in the urinary tract. According to the World Health Organization, urinary tract infections (UTIs) are the second most common infection in the body after respiratory infections, with up to 8.3 million cases reported annually. Meanwhile, according to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, data shows that the number of patients with Urinary Tract Infections in Indonesia is still quite large, reaching 90-100 cases per 100,000 population per year or around 180,000 new cases per year (Kemenkes, 2016). Based on the high rate of disease in cases of urinary tract infection, the researcher proposed this Scientific Paper entitled "Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ny. D Dengan Infeksi Saluran Kemih (Isk) Di Ruang Al-Hakim Rs Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa" Gained real experience in carrying out the assessment and treatment of clients: "Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ny. D Dengan Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK) Di Ruang Al-Hakim Rs Rumah Sehat Terpadu Dompet Dhuafa". Research design is the design of the entire process required for planning and applied research. The research design used is a descriptive method using a case study approach. A case study is simply defined as a more detailed and detailed investigation or examination of a particular or exclusive incident that has occurred. . The patient was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection. Nursing problems found acute pain, urinary elimination barriers and activity intolerance. From the cases found in Mrs. D there is no difference between the theory and the case at the time of implementation in the field, this is described in the previous health status assessment and family history of illness, which is the same as the existing theory. |
