One of the campuses or universities that has implemented or implemented an information system in the form of the Student Achievement website is the Jakarta Veterans National Development University. The website has a name that is "Presma UPNVJ". The Student Achievement System of UPN Veteran Jakarta is a data collection system that can accommodate data on achievements, activities, organizations, and certifications of expertise acquired/followed while a student. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether the implementation of the UPNVJ Presma website can be accepted and used properly by students of the Veterans National Development University Jakarta and what factors can affect the success of the UPNVJ Presma website implementation and how much influence it has. This research was conducted using the Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model and using the SEM-PLS method for data analysis with a minimum of 348 respondents using the slovin formula. In getting 367 respondents in this study with the results of Performance Expectancy (PE) significantly positive effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Effort Expectancy (EE) has a significant positive effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Social Influence (SI) has an insignificant positive effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Facilitating Conditions (FC) have an insignificant positive effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Facilitating Conditions (FC) have an insignificant positive effect on Use Behavior (UB). Hedonic Motivation (HM) or significantly positive effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Habit (H) has an insignificant positive effect on Behavioral Intentions (BI). Habit (H) has a significant positive effect on Use Behavior (UB). Behavioral Intentions (BI) has a significant positive effect on Use Behavior (UB).
