| Summary: | The world was attacked by Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) in December 2019 and was declared an international health emergency causing a worldwide crisis. Cooperation in all fields declined until the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was suspended. Many corporate sectors were affected, one of which was the transportation sector due to the implementation of Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) which resulted in restrictions on public transportation and restrictions on business operational capacity. In this condition, the company relies on its assets to diversify its business with the operational limitations set. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine the effect of company firm size and operational efficiency on the value of transportation companies with financial performance as an intervening variable in transportation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2020. The sample used is 44 companies with secondary data. The results of this study indicate that firm firm size and operational efficiency affect financial performance but firm firm size, operational efficiency and financial performance have no affect on firm value and financial performance cannot be an intervening firm firm size and operational efficiency on firm value. |
