| Summary: | One way hospitals support patient safety is by asking nurses to conduct a fall risk assessment. The application of providing education to nurses related to the Morse Fall Scale aims to prove the compliance of nurses in preventing the risk of falling in Mahogany Room I Bhayangkara Hospital TK I Raden Said Sukanto. This Morse Fall Scale education was given to 5 nurses on different shifts. Evaluation of nurse compliance in preventing fall risk was measured using a nurse compliance questionnaire in preventing fall risk. The results of the evaluation showed that as many as 3 nurses (60%) were obedient in preventing the risk of falling, while the other 2 nurses (40%) showed that they were not obedient in preventing the risk of falling. These results indicate that the provision of Morse fall scale education to nurses plays an important role in the implementation of fall risk prevention in the room.
