Summary:Judicial review authority in Indonesia is given to two judicial power holders, namely the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. The existence of judicial review dualism, of course, has an impact on concerns about legal issues such as legal uncertainty that can disrupt the process of running the constitutional system in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the idea of purifying the judicial review authority in the form of integration into the one-roof system at the Constitutional Court, using a normative juridical method that is aligned with the statutory approach and the case approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data by collecting data using literature study and analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that the form of judicial review dualism is not ideal based on the granting of different objects of authority but in the same hierarchical level. Changes to the constitution through the fifth amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia were chosen as an effort to resolve these legal issues.
