| Summary: | The study aims to understand the audiences' perceptions of tapping the moral messages contained in the Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens film that in this study provides as an informant. At this stage the messages delivered in the movie Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens will be generally defined as a moral messages. The study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenon of method because it is considered the most appropriate method for viewing the perception and experiences of the informant in rendering a moral messages in the film. The informers used in this study number six persons chosen from Twitter base @moviemenfes based on the researchers' criteria of those who had watched Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens. Data retrieval techniques conducted in the study using interviews, documentation, and observations. Researchers use four stages of data analysis according to Cresswell's horizontal, cultural description, structural description, and the general idea of meaning for phenomenon. Research has shown that the early interest of informants for watching Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens is due to its uniqueness. The interesting point in Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens is the interconnectivity between the characters that have their own conflicts, specifically between Mia and Ali. Looking at the whole perception of the informant in regarding the moral messages on the Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens movie is about a sense of responsibility between mother and child and an attitude to help each other toward others. There are four informers who have personal experiences similar to the events or scenes in Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens, while two other informers who have friends or someone close to them have an experience similar to the one in the movie Ali & Ratu Ratu Queens.
