One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be used to improve sleep quality is foot massage therapy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of foot massage therapy on sleep quality in patients in the ICU. Measurement of sleep quality in this study using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The results of the case study showed a significant improvement in sleep quality in intervention patients who were given foot massage therapy than control patients. It is hoped that foot massage therapy can be used as a non-pharmacological management to improve sleep quality in patients in the ICU. | ||
