| 520 | |a Occupational stress is stress related to the workplace and can cause discomfort, so that worker productivity can be reduced. One of the causes of occupational stress is environmental factors such as high noise levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of noise on occupational stress on construction workers at Pondok Cabe apartments, Banten. The study design used was cross-sectional. The number of samples of 87 respondents taken by total sampling technique. Noise measurements were carried out using a sound level meter, as well as using the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scales) questionnaire to measure occupational stress in workers. The results of the research analysis showed that there was an association between noise (p = 0,000, POR = 7,077; 95% CI = 2,524-19,841), duration of work (p = 0,013; POR = 3,667; 95% CI = 1,415-9,500) and years of service ( p = 0,006; POR = 4,221; 95% CI = 1,613-11,043) with occupational stress. There are 6 out of 9 points of noise measurement area that exceed the NAV according to Permenaker No. 5 of 2018. For the Pondok Cabe apartment construction project, Banten is expected to be able to control noise and disseminate information on preventing occupational stress to all workers. | ||
