| Summary: | Occupational diseases are still a problem that continues to be faced by workers. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are one of the occupational diseases that are still found in the world and in the country. Complaints of MSDs have an impact on health and financial loss. Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are health problems of locomotion, namely muscles, tendons, skeleton, cartilage, ligaments, and nerves. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between individual factors (age, gender, years of service, exercise habits, smoking habits) and duration of work on MSDs complaints. This research uses quantitative analytic research method with cross sectional study design. The population of this study were online motorcycle taxi drivers in the Lintas Timbul Nyelem Setiabudi Community with a total sampling technique of 60 samples. The results of the analysis using the chi square test showed that the variable associated with MSDs complaints were years of service (p-value = 0.027; POR = 5.396). Therefore, online motorcycle taxi drivers are advised to manage balanced work and rest times, and regulate a healthy lifestyle. |
