| Summary: | The aim of this research is to find out the Communication Experience of Teenagers at SMA X in South Tangerang in Expressing themselves through Dance Challenges on TikTok Social Media. This study uses a qualitative approach. This research has the type of field research, because the researcher will interact directly with the participants through in-depth interviews that will be conducted in person and online. This study focuses on the communication experience of high school youth in expressing themselves, so the researchers chose the phenomenological method for this research. The reason the researcher uses the phenomenological method is because the focus of this research is the personal experience of adolescents. The number of informants taken in this study were 4 informants. The data analysis techniques used in this study include: collection of life experiences, horizontalization, significant statements, thematic analysis, and essence statements. Based on the results of the research findings in the field, it can be concluded that adolescents as informants admit that there are different forms of self-expression on social media and in real life that affect the level of confidence in social media and in real life. |
