In overcoming sleep pattern disorders in adolescents, there are two ways, namely using pharmacology and non-pharmacology. Non-pharmacological use using lavender aromatherapy. The aim of the researcher is to provide family nursing care to adolescents who have disturbed sleep patterns by inhaling lavender aromatherapy using a diffuser before going to bed. This application was carried out for 7 days and the assessment of sleep quality using the PSQI instrument. As for the results of the implementation of lavender aromatherapy therapy in managed adolescents there was an increase in sleep quality from a score of 18 to 3, and in the second adolescent the score of 14 to 6 which means the lower the PSQI value the better the sleep quality. Suggestions for teenagers who experience sleep pattern disorders to use lavender aromatherapy for quality sleep by using a diffuser in the bedroom and inhaling for 30 minutes.
