Summary:The phenomenon of rags seduction rituals that are currently happening a lot on OmeTV social media is one of the problems that can affect the existing social order, this is evident in people who currently do more of these actions through the social media space, namely OmeTV. The act of flirting has shifted from what was originally private and carried out face-to-face, now it has been widely carried out in the digital and public space. This thesis aims to provide an explanation of the shift in practice in people's lives that can build a new culture, namely rags seduction by understanding the processes and stages that occur which are analyzed through the experiences of users. The method used is descriptive qualitative by using primary and secondary data sources. The theory used in this research is Couldry's theory of media practice. The results showed that in the occurrence of the ritual of seduction of rags as a media practice on OmeTV, there were several stages and processes that occurred before and after the practice of seduction of rags was carried out on OmeTV, namely: (1) getting to know the OmeTV platform, (2) choosing OmeTV as a place for the practice. using media, (3) getting involved in the ritual of flirting, (4) preparing strategies for seducing rags (5) getting feedback and (6) user impressions. In addition, the communicated form consists of verbal messages based on narrative and non-verbal based on gimmicks, voice intonation and supporting properties.
