Summary:This study aims to determine and prove the significant influence product quality and brand image on customer loyalty. By using the method of path analysis. Samples taken from people who do use mobile phones nokia in south Jakarta area "because the object has been studied using nokia so it deserves to be investigated. By using SPSS 19. This study used a sample of 130 respondents, 30 and 100 research trials. The results showed that the quality of the products and brand image have a strong and positive relationship to customer loyalty. The results achieved in this study is expected to be a material consideration for the company's progress and useful for writers as well as those reading this paper.
