This is the author's background for researching the effectiveness of the Investment Alert Task Force in tackling illegal investments in Indonesia. The method used by the author in this research is empirical juridical. After conducting research using this method, the authors conclude the first 2 things, namely in carrying out their duties the Investment Alert Task Force has 2 tasks, namely prevention and handling. The second is that based on illegal investment data and the author's analysis, the Investment Alert Task Force has been quite effective in tackling illegal investments in Indonesia. | ||
