COVID-19 disease has turned into a pandemic, has horrified the world. This disease is investigated using rRT-PCR. As a result, the health industry draws a huge number of start-up companies into significant growth waste from medical environtment. As a result, waste of medicals that hasn't been properly treated in compliance with SOP builds up. There are a lot of people who throw medical waste away irresponsibly. The purpose of this study is to analyze the medical waste management system based on regulations and analyze the juridical review of start-up companies that deviate from medical waste management as a result of the COVID-19 sample examination. This is a legal-normative study that focuses on medical waste management and uses the Statute approach method. This study took place in October and November of 2021, and it drew on a number of primary and secondary data sources
