However despite the convenience that it provides, the perpetrator of crimes used the weakness from this technology therefore creates a new problem in this era. The purpose of writing this thesis is to inform the public about the crimes of online loans. This study uses a normative research method by examining the law from an internal perspective and legal norms as the object of the research. The writing technique uses descriptive analysis. By referring to the factors causing the occurrence of online loan crimes and law enforcement efforts.
