| Summary: | This study reviews the legal protection for ho;ding land right related to dula certificates. This study uses library research, namely the legal, conceptual, case approach. The legal approach is that this approach is cariied out by examining all laws and regulations that are related to the problems ( legal issues) that are being faced. The conceptual approach is that this approach depart from the views and doctrines that develop in the science of law. Dual certificate is a conditioan of a plot of land that has two certificates and each certificate is owned by two different people. |
