The law of proof of criminal acts of corruption recognizes a reverse burden of proof system. First, regarding the proof of the crime. However, it is limited to the crime of accepting bribes of gratuity with a value of IDR 10 billion or more [Article 12B (1a)]. Second, regarding the defendant's property which has not been charged (Article 38B). There is not much benefit to prove a crime other than the two objects. To prove a criminal act of corruption other than the one mentioned above, using the usual system is charged to the prosecutor.
