Summary

This research was conducted to examine the effect of variables the Structure of Asset, Profitability and Firm Size to Capital Structure in manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012. The population number of 473 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. In order to obtain a total sample of 50 companies. Data were obtained from published financial statements of the Indonesia Stock Exchange website is www.idx.co.id. The result indicates that simultaneous variables the Structure of Asset, Profitability and Firm Size significantly have influence to the Structure of Capital. While the result of research conducted partially Profitability are not significant to the Structure of Capital. The other variabels which is the Structure of Asset and Firm Size significantly have influence to the Structure of Capital.
