Summary

This study discusses how the Community Development CSR program carried out by PT. ASABRI (Persero) can rebuild the company's positive image. This study aims to determine the CSR program of Community Development of PT. ASABRI (Persero) is able to build a positive image of the company. This research uses qualitative methods. The theory used is The theory of image recovery. Key Informants and informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data was collected through interviews with the head of the CSR division, 2 CSR staff, and 2 insurance participants. The results of research that has been carried out by PT. ASABRI (Persero) in rebuilding the company's positive image is by conducting CSR programs and disseminating information through social media. These efforts can rebuild the company's positive image which shows that Public Relations has a very important role in establishing good relations with the public.
