Description
Summary:The purpose of this study is to inform management of what actions can be taken and what legal consequences will arise after management determines its attitude towards the difference in the value of bills submitted by creditors and debtors at the stage of matching PKPU receivables in the PKPU case of PT. NET One Indonesia (In PKPU). This study also aims to complement previous writings, so that this paper will explain more specifically the verification stages in the PKPU process and the role of administrators in these stages as well as the legal consequences that arise afterwards by making a PT NET Satu Indonesia PKPU case. (In PKPU) as study material. By using normative juridical research methods and taking a case approach with secondary data sources, from this research it is known that actions that can be taken by management include objections in their entirety, fully acknowledged, and denied half of the claims submitted by creditors. And the legal consequences that arise after the management determines its attitude, namely for creditors whose receivables are rejected at all means that the invoice will be included in the list of rejected receivables and as a result the creditor will not receive any payment for that invoice. has been submitted, and vice versa for creditors whose claims are acknowledged.
