| Summary: | This research aims to conduct tests and analyses related to factors from the soundness level of banks that affect the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021 with Good Corporate Governance as moderator. Firm value in this study will be proxied using Tobin's Q. Meanwhile, the Bank's Soundness Level is divided into several independent variables, such as Non-Performing Loans (NPL) as a measure of credit risk factors, Return on Assets (ROA) and Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) as a measure of earnings factors, and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as a measure of capital factor. In addition, Good Corporate Governance as a moderator is measured using a composite value rating from the GCG self-assessment. By using the purposive sampling method, 34 samples were obtained in this study. Testing in this study using panel data regression with STATA v.16 application. The results of this study indicate that CAR has a significant positive effect on Company Value. NPL, ROA, and BOPO has no significant effect on Company Value. The resutls about moderating indicate that GCG cannot moderate the effect of NPL on Company Value, but GCG cannot moderate the effect of ROA, BOPO, CAR on Company Value. |
