This study aims to determine the effect of income per capita, government spending, inflation, and population on the household consumption in all provinces in Java. The sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique in six provinces during 2012-2021, so that a total sample of 60 data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Finance. This study uses panel data analysis by combining time series data and cross section data. The fixed effect model was selected in this study and partially shows that income per capita, government spending, and population have a significant effect on household consumption, while inflation has no effect. The results of the study simultaneously show that income per capita, government spending, inflation, and population have an effect on household consumption
