Summary

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the debt-to-equity ratio (DER), price-to-earnings ratio (PER), and return on equity (ROE) affect the share prices of technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The secondary data utilized was sourced from PT Indopremier Sekuritas and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, cross sectional and time series data are combined to create panel data. In this study, 45 data were gathered from nine technological businesses between 2016 and 2020 utilizing a sample selection technique called as purposive sampling. The results of this study's panel data analysis, which was conducted using Stata 16, indicate that ROE has a significantly favorable impact on stock prices whereas PER and DER have no such impact. The findings demonstrate that DER, PER, and ROE all have a simultaneous impact on stock prices.
