The purpose of this research is to find out the modus operandi of the crime of sexual intercourse committed against a child, whether it has fulfilled the elements of a crime. And also to find out law enforcement in the consideration of judges who decided whether it was in accordance with the elements of juridical and non-juridical considerations. The method used to analyze legal issues in this writing uses normative juridical methods. The results of the research are that the modus operandi of the crime of sexual intercourse with children is carried out in various ways and forms by utilizing time, situation, circumstances, place and so on, for this reason, in terms of law enforcement, the government makes rules or laws to protect minors and impose sanctions on the perpetrator for the crime he committed in the court process, to provide a deterrent effect so that the perpetrator changes for the better. | ||
