The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results of this study indicate (1) there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance (2) there is a significant influence of leadership on employee performance (3) there is a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. | ||
