| 520 | |a Medical student has many stressors which can happen continuously, so can cause burnout. Burnout happened because of two factors: work and personal characteristics. Personal characteristics that can affect burnout is self-concept and resilience. Theim of this research is to discover the correlation between self-concept and resilience with burnout. The method used in this research is analytic observational with cross-sectional design. The sample of this research is 116 samples collected by purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected by questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability by researchers. The subject of this research is medical students in batches 2019, 2020, and 2021. Data was analyzed by correlation test. The result of this study, there is a significant correlation between self-concept with burnout (p-value 0.000, < 0.05) with negative correlation. But, there is no significant correlation between resilience and burnout. The conclusion in this research, there is a significant correlation between self-concept with burnout, but none between resilience. This shows there is another factor that can affect burnout such as self-management in university. | ||
