| Summary: | Institute for Community Studies and Advocacy (ELSAM) is an organization engaged in the field of human rights advocacy. Having a vision to develop, promote and protect civil and political rights as well as human rights as stated in the 1945 Constitution and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The ELSAM website plays an important role in human rights education. This website makes it easy for the public to obtain information related to research or studies related to human rights. A website that is considered good is not only seen from the side of how it looks, but how the website is utilized to the fullest. If a website can meet user expectations, then the level of user satisfaction will increase and become a determining factor whether or not users return to the website. Therefore this research was conducted in order to be able to analyze how the user satisfaction level is assessed on the ELSAM website user experience. This research was conducted using the User Centered Design (UCD) framework by applying the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method as a questionnaire tool that facilitates UX measurement. This research will produce a new interface in the form of a prototype that can be used as a suggestion for improving the appearance of the ELSAM website. as well as providing input regarding the appearance of the user interface on the ELSAM website. |
