520 |a Knowing millennial employees' job satisfaction and job insecurity can help reduce millennial employees' turnover intention. This study analyzes the Job Satisfaction and Job Insecurity of Millennial Employees at Setia Mitra Hospital on turnover intention. This research uses a cross-sectional study approach with a sample of 110 millennial employees at Setia Mitra Hospital. The Chi-Square test was used to analyze the relationship between the job satisfaction variable, which focuses on nine aspects, and the job insecurity variable, which consists of five indicators. The results showed a significant relationship between job satisfaction variables and seven elements of satisfaction, namely salary satisfaction, promotion, supervision, benefits, rewards, coworkers, and communication towards the turnover intention of millennial employees. There is a significant relationship between job insecurity and the indicator of the negative possibility of changes in work aspects on the turnover intention of millennial employees. Job satisfaction in the elements of operational procedures, job type, and job insecurity in the importance of work aspects, the importance of overall work, the possibility of adverse changes in comprehensive work, and powerless, have no relationship with millennial employee turnover intention. Setia Mitra Hospital can conduct routine job satisfaction surveys to reduce the turnover intention of millennial employees
