| 520 | |a Performance measurement with the Balanced Scorecard is expected to be able to develop financial and non-financial aspects that are expected to adequate income value. This study aims to analyze the performance of Depok City Public Hospital with the Balanced Scorecard. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative research approach. The data collected is secondary data from the finance department, medical records department, and personnel department for 2019-2021, and primary data from distributing questionnaires. The total population in this study was 100 customers and employees, using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results of the study show that, from a financial perspective, performance in 2019-2021 is generally quite good economically and effectively, but it is still not efficient. Overall, performance from a customer perspective has been good. From the perspective of internal business processes are quite good. Meanwhile, from the learning and growth perspective, employee retention is categorized as not good because it has decreased, which means it is considered not ideal. It can be concluded that the results of performance measurements with the Balanced Scorecard as a whole with a total score of 76.92% indicate that the performance of the Depok City Hospital is good. | ||
