Puskesmas Gribig Kabupaten Kudus had dead stocks for some drugs such as ethambutol (97,56%), digoxin (48,78%), doxycycline (48,78%), and domperidone (9,76%). Besides that, the realization of allopurinol was only 33,3% of the demand and there were overstocks of paracetamol and combination blood supplement tablets by 200% of the demand. The support facilities of pharmaceutical supply management in this puskesmas are also inadequate. The drug warehouse is used as a place for dispensing drugs as well, a set of computer and printer in dispensary is damaged, there are not enough pallets available, drug stock card are also not available, and opname stock is not carried out. Good pharmaceutical supply management is needed so that the availability pharmaceutical supply at this puskesmas is efficient and effective. This study aims to identify and analyze the pharmaceutical supply logistics management that are still not appropriate. This study used a descriptive research design with qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of pharmaceutical supply management at Puskesmas Gribig had not yet good and optimal. The facilities that available at this puskesmas, such as drug warehouse, pallets, a set of computer and printer, and generator are still inadequate, so the storage process is still got problems. Drug distribution to inpatients is also constrained due to miscommunication and lack of coordination from officers. Controlling process also had not well because opname stock was not carried out and no drug stock card was found. This resulted in the discovery of dead stocks for aminophylline (14,63%), diphenhydramine (14,63%), digoxin (48,78%), and ethambutol (97,56%). Hopefully this study can be used by puskesmas as an evaluation material to improve pharmaceutical supply management so that it can be well and optimal.
