520 | |a Presenteeism is forcing to work while sick, this condition is identic with decreasing work quality, productivity, causing work fatigue and worsening health problems. Factors that influence presenteeism include work-related factors such as workload, work environment and individual factors. This study aims to determine the relationship between mental workload, co-worker support and individual factors on presenteeism among PT XYZ employees in Jakarta. The research population consisted of 70 employees of PT XYZ with a total of 66 research respondents who were selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The research instruments used were the NASA-TLX questionnaire to measure mental workload, the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire for co-worker support, and the Stanford Presenteeism Scale- 6 for presenteeism. The research was conducted using a cross-sectional study design with the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the worker's age (P = 0.026, POR: 3.68), health condition (P = 0.000, POR: 50.90), peer support (P = 0.036, POR: 3.47) and mental workload (P = 0.000, POR: 18.00) with low presenteeism behavior. In order to prevent presenteeism, it is recommended for the company to evaluate the workload assigned and also pay attention to the worker's health by providing routine health checks.
