The results of this study indicate that the importance of legal protection in Indonesia regarding the protection of personal data is the obligation of Shopee as one of the organizers of the marketplace as a form of consumer data protection and responsibility. As stated in Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. However, consumers still often experience losses due to personal data in Indonesia due to the attention and seriousness of the government and the Shopee service providers in regulating consumer protection regulations in Indonesia which are still far from expectations. | ||
