Summary

The forcible takeover of a countrys government also known as a coup détat has challenged the legality of international law as in the case of Myanmar after a coup detat by top military forces. 2020 election for the ruling party or head of the military government of Myanmar. The rules of sedition must be studied properly and properly in the light of international law. The existence of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States prepares international states against unilateral coups that violate international law. Myanmars military coup is viewed from the concept of international recognition of a countrys government to the concept of international recognition of Myanmars governments legacy. In that case the government will either be internationally recognized or come from a coup détat. and how the legitimacy of insurgency as a form of regime change can be viewed from the perspective of international law. Thus it becomes clear that Myanmars military coup act is right if it does not violate the rules of international law and wrong if it does.
