| Summary: | Corruption can happen anywhere and anytime. This study analyzes law enforcement and efforts to eradicate criminal acts of corruption that occur in the Indonesian National Police. With law enforcement against perpetrators of corruption is one of the efforts to eradicate corruption. Where in determining it must meet the requirements that apply in legislation. However, in reality there is still weak law enforcement regarding sentencing. Thus, this has not been able to eradicate criminal acts of corruption that have occurred in the Indonesian National Police. This study uses the theory of legal certainty and law enforcement theory in analyzing existing problems caused by applying the conditions that apply in legislation and the weak enforcement of the law itself. This study uses a normative method that examines several regulations regarding criminal acts of corruption in the form of bribes such as the Law on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes and the Regulations of the Head of the Indonesian National Police. This research uses a statutory approach and a case approach. This study has the objective of knowing law enforcement in eradicating criminal acts of corruption and efforts to eradicate criminal acts of corruption in the Indonesian National Police. |
