Digital diplomacy is emerging as the newest diplomatic method in digital era. This study using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data sources. In this mean, primary data sources using interview session with Korea Tourism Organization Jakarta with the support of secondary data sources consist of official documents and literatures. This study has a main argument that virtual travel content by KTO Jakarta on its official YouTube channel in 2020-2021 is a form of digital diplomacy by South Korea in order to recover their tourism sector that impacted by COVID-19. Virtual travel content by KTO Jakarta in 2020-2021 received numerous positive responses from the public. Nonetheless, KTO Jakarta has not maximized the feedback to public responses. | ||
