Summary

Hypertension according to the World Health Organization (2018) is one of the most dangerous health problems worldwide due to being one of the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease such as heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease and stroke. Data collection techniques this sub-chapter describes the data collection methods used in this case study research, namely: interviews, observation and physical examination, documentation study. On January 1, 2023 at around 09.00 WIB the patient came to the flamboyant homestead of PSTW Budi Mulya 1 Cipayung and then was examined on February 15 2023 on the patient with only complaints of leg pain, and pain in the back of the head, the patient has a history of hypertension since 16 years ago, and an assessment was also carried out by the ward nurse and the writer who made the diagnoses that emerged, including the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion characterized by hypertension, disturbed sleep patterns related to environmental barriers characterized by complaining of changing sleep patterns, impaired physical mobility associated with decreased muscle strength characterized by limited movement
