| 520 | |a Backgrounds: Anemia is a condition where the number of erythrocytes in the body is low, which affects the blood's ability to carry oxygen. Pregnant women with anemia are generally caused by iron deficiency. Bleeding during delivery is a complication of anemia and a factor in the maternal mortality rate (AKI) in Indonesia. Purpose: This study aims to provide nursing care to Mrs. M (G4P3A0) with anemia in pregnancy in the work area of the Cipayung Health Center. Methods: This scientific writing uses a case study design with a total of 1 respondent through interviews, observation and documentation with patients directly. Results: Found Mrs. M complained of dizziness, fatigue after activities, difficulty sleeping and lack of knowledge about how to treat anemia. Therefore, there are problems with ineffective peripheral perfusion nursing, activity intolerance, sleep pattern disturbances, and knowledge deficits. The interventions carried out were management of adherence to blood supplement consumption, energy management, sleep support, and health education related to a diet high in iron consumption. Conclusion: After nursing care for 3 x 24 hours on Mrs. M, there were decreased complaints of dizziness, decreased complaints of fatigue, decreased difficulty sleeping, increased level of knowledge. All diagnoses resolved because Mrs. M is able to understand and re-explain the educational explanations that have been given and is able to carry out all the actions that have been carried out by the author. | ||
