| Summary: | A company to meet its operational needs definitely requires a source of funding. One source of funding is to make credit purchases or loan funds, this is called trade payables. The purpose of this writing is to find out that the debt has been presented relevantly, it is necessary to test the debt using the audit method in the financial statements that have been prepared by the entity. By reviewing and evaluating the regularity of financial reports and ensuring that the company has presented the same and correct financial reports according to the applicable Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). This final project writing method uses descriptive analysis by collecting data and observing directly at PT XYZ. PT XYZ is a company engaged in securities services, only having trade payables in the form of clearing and third parties. In 2022 PT XYZ experienced a decrease in trade payables by 30% compared to 2021, the important role of the audit of the Kanaka Puradiredja Public Accounting Firm, Suhartono, was to conduct an audit of PT XYZ's financial statements, one of which was in examining PT XYZ's accounts payable accounts. The results of this payables audit provide an audit opinion on the account. |
