| Summary: | Revenue recording in accounting is very important as it has several key functions that contribute to effective financial management and informed decision making. Some important reasons why revenue recording is very important are because it must ensure the accuracy of financial statements, measure financial performance and internal control. In general, the company's goal is to achieve predetermined goals and produce the best results by utilizing available economic resources, allowing it to improve the long-term quality of life of its customers. This research was conducted using the Qualitative method of data data collected from observations, documentation and interviews. The purpose of preparing this Final Project report is to review Blink Store's. This study provides insight into the practice of revenue recognition and recording at Blink Store and contributes to an understanding of the qualitative aspects of revenue accounting. Recommendations are presented to improve the revenue recognition and recording process, including further training for accounting staff and refinement of related policies and procedures. |
