It is important for students to know their learning style, because applying an appropriate learning style can make the learning process more effective and efficient, so as to increase student academic sales. The learning process can be heavier and require a longer time if students do not apply an appropriate learning style, thus triggering burnout. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning styles with academic achievement and burnout. The design of this study was a cross-sectional with a stratified random sample method for students in the 2020, 2021 and 2022 batches of the Faculty of Medicine at the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta. The instruments in this study were the VARK questionnaire to determine learning styles, GPA scores to determine academic achievement, and the MBI-SS questionnaire to determine burnout in students. Data analysis in this study used the chi-square and Kruskal-Wallis tests. The most learning style owned by respondents is kinesthetic learning style (30.7%), followed by auditory (28%), multimodal (18.9%), reading (12.3%), and visual (10.1%). Analysis of the relationship between learning styles and academic achievement using the Kruskal-Wallis test resulted in a p-value = 0.205. Analysis of the relationship between learning styles and burnout using the chi-square test resulted a p-value = 0.280. No relationship was found between learning styles and academic achievement and burnout among students at the Faculty of Medicine at the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta. Keywords: learning style, VARK, academic achievement, burnout, MBI-SS
