Unmanaged conflict will have a negative impact on an uncomfortable work environment so that job satisfaction is affected. The study was conducted to determine the relationship between conflict management style and nurses job satisfaction. Analytic descriptive research method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 131 respondents. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of statistical tests using Chi-Square partially obtained conflict management style dimensions: Collaboration style (p-value = 0.001), accommodation style (p-value = 0.007), compromise style (p-value = 0.001), and for avoidance style (p-value = 0.689), and competition style there is no significant relationship (p-value = 0.257) with job satisfaction. The total analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between conflict management styles and nurses' job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05). Therefore, all nurses together should be able to apply a good conflict management style in dealing with situations and hospital management can facilitate training/seminars related to the application of conflict management styles in order to achieve better satisfaction and productivity.
