| Summary: | Currently in Indonesia it is very minimal to identify jobs based on background interests and talents. This is due to a lack of awareness to recognize personal interests and talents and the limited number of experts who can provide consultations in career development based on these interests. This research aims to create an expert system that can assist jobseekers in determining the field of work that suits their interests and talents. This expert system is expected to be able to provide appropriate recommendations based on an analysis of jobseekers' interests and talents, thus minimizing the gap between individual interests and talents and the chosen field of work. It is hoped that with this system it will make it easier for jobseekers to determine the field of work. This study uses the Forward Chaining method which is one of the methods in expert systems with forward search that uses existing information and combines Rule s to achieve the desired goal. The results of this study are in the form of an expert system that has a work field diagnosis accuracy of 100% in accordance with the Rule s that have been made by experts. This system can also provide relevant information and advice on the steps that need to be taken to enter their chosen job industry. |
