| Summary: | Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world. This can be seen from the behavior of the people who strongly adhere to religious values. Even though they have a large population, many qurbani animal sellers still do not understand and fulfill the requirements for qurbani animals. The purpose of this study was to find out and explain the effect of product quality, services and facilities on the intention to buy qurban. The population in this study is the people of Bekasi city. Retrieval of sample data using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. This study consisted of 106 respondents with the criteria of being a Muslim resident of the city of Bekasi and aged 17 years and over. The approach used is quantitative. Questionnaires are used as data collection techniques. SPSS is used as a data analysis technique. The adjusted r-square results of 0.491 indicate that the quality of products, services and facilities is able to explain this dependent variable by 49.1% and 50.9% is explained through other variables outside this research model. The result of the hypothesis test is that product quality has a significant effect on purchase intention, service has a significant effect on purchase intention and facilities have a significant effect on purchase intention. It is hoped that with this research, the seller of the qurban animal can evaluate the quality, service and facilities in the sacrificial cage. |
