| Summary: | The important role of the government in implementing certification in improving the performance of halal tourism is one of them in sharia hotels, but it turns out that there are still some who don't have it and apply sharia principles and good service. So the purpose of the research is to find out how service standards are with reference to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No.PM 53/HM.001/MPEK/2013 concerning hotel business standards and the application of sharia principles at the Tuju WK Homes Syariah Hotel with the DSN-MUI Fatwa approach / No: 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016. The method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation by observation and systematic recording of the symptoms studied were carried out directly, and documentation. The results of the research show that the service standard perceived by guests at the Tuju WK Homes Syariah Hotel is quite good. For the application of sharia principles at the Tuju WK Homes Syariah Hotel based on the DSN-MUI Fatwa No.108/X/2016, there are still some that have not been implemented such as the absence of serving food and drinks and the absence of sharia financial service institutions. |
