Summary

Online motorcycle taxis such as GrabBike have become a popular choice in transportation. This research uses K-Means algorithm to analyze GrabBike user reviews. From 158 data, there are two clusters are formed. The first cluster with 99 data is satisfied, while the second cluster with 59 data is dissatisfied. The evaluation result using Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) shows a value of 1.4215434435518408. The majority of users recommend GrabBike due to satisfactory service and price. However, there are users who are not satisfied with the driver's behavior. This research provides insight into user satisfaction and can help improve GrabBike services.
