The evaluation result using Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) shows a value of 1.4215434435518408. The majority of users recommend GrabBike due to satisfactory service and price. However, there are users who are not satisfied with the driver's behavior. This research provides insight into user satisfaction and can help improve GrabBike services. | ||
